Important notice: The following withdrawal policy is addressed exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 1 KSchG who conclude a distance contract with the Provider within the meaning of Section 5a FAGG.

1PART 1 – Right of Withdrawal (for contracts WITH a right of withdrawal)

• 1.1

  Scope of application

• 1.1.1

  This part applies to contracts for the following services that are offered without a fixed date and are therefore not covered by the exception under Section 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG:

• 1.1.2

  Consulting and trainer services (with a focus on the services listed in Part 2)

• 1.2

  Right of withdrawal

• 1.2.1

  You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

• 1.2.2

  The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

• 1.2.3

  To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Sandra Singh, BSc. (stage name: Alyssandra Singh), Sternwartestraße 10/24, 1180 Vienna, Austria, E-mail: office@alyssandra-singh.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

• 1.2.4

  To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

• 1.4

  Effects of withdrawal

• 1.4.1

  If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received the communication concerning your withdrawal from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.

• 1.4.2

  If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. This amount is to be calculated at the time the contract is concluded on the basis of the total price of the contract, taking into account the proportion of the service provided up to the time of the withdrawal.

• 1.5

  Extension of the period if the withdrawal policy was not provided (Section 12 para. 2 FAGG)

• 1.5.1

  If this withdrawal policy was not provided to you before the conclusion of the contract, the right of withdrawal does not expire after the fourteen-day period. In this case, the withdrawal period is extended by twelve (12) months and fourteen (14) days from the original start of the period. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we provide you with the policy no later than twelve months and fourteen days after the start of the original period on a durable medium. In this case, a new withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days begins from the day on which the policy was provided to you on a durable medium.

2PART 2 – Notice regarding the right of withdrawal (for contracts WITHOUT a right of withdrawal)

• 2.1

  Scope of application

• 2.1.1

  This part applies to contracts for the following services that are offered with a fixed date and are therefore covered by the exception under Section 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG:

• 2.1.2

  Moderation / lectures (with a fixed date)

• 2.1.3

  Aerial silk shows / stunt performance / stunt and show coordination (with a fixed date)

• 2.1.4

  Acting (with a fixed date)

• 2.1.5

  Modelling (with a fixed date)

• 2.2

  No right of withdrawal

• 2.2.1

  For the aforementioned services with a fixed date, there is no right of withdrawal.

• 2.2.2

  This results from Section 18 para. 1 no. 10 of the Austrian Act on Distance and Off-Premises Contracts (FAGG):

• 2.2.3

  "There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or a specific period for the provision."

• 2.2.4

  The aforementioned services are leisure activities within the meaning of the FAGG that are provided on a fixed date or within a specific period. Therefore, the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to Section 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG.

• 2.3

  Information duty pursuant to Section 4 para. 1 no. 8 FAGG

• 2.3.1

  Pursuant to Section 4 para. 1 no. 8 FAGG, we are obliged to inform you whether a right of withdrawal exists or whether it will not exist. This section fully satisfies this information duty.

• 2.4

  Part 1 does not apply

• 2.4.1

  The provisions of Part 1 of this withdrawal policy (in particular Sections 1.1 to 1.4) do not apply to the aforementioned contracts with a fixed date.

3PART 3 – Online exercise option (withdrawal button) pursuant to Section 13a FAGG

Note: This part applies only to contracts concluded via the website www.alyssandra-singh.com and becomes effective as of 1 October 2026 (Section 13a FAGG as amended by the VerbRÄG 2026, Federal Law Gazette I No. 55/2026).

• 3.1

  Obligation to provide a withdrawal button

• 3.1.1

  To the extent that you as a consumer have a right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 11 FAGG (i.e. for contracts on consulting and trainer services without a fixed date), we will, as of 1 October 2026, make the exercise of the right of withdrawal available to you on the website in a simple manner.

• 3.2

• 3.2.1

  On our website www.alyssandra-singh.com you will find a withdrawal button that is clearly visible and easily accessible, labelled:

  Exercising the right of withdrawal via the withdrawal button

• 3.3.1

  To exercise your right of withdrawal via the withdrawal button, proceed as follows:

  Click on the withdrawal button ("Withdraw from the contract") on our website.

• 3.3.3

  Fill in the withdrawal form that appears after clicking the button. The form contains the following mandatory fields: Name: your full name; Contract reference: order number or other identification of the contract; E-mail address: the e-mail address you provided when concluding the contract.

• 3.3.4

  Click on the confirmation button ("Confirm withdrawal") to submit your withdrawal.

• 3.3.5

  Acknowledgement of receipt: After submitting, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (by e-mail). This acknowledgement of receipt contains: the time of receipt of your withdrawal, a confirmation of the withdrawal, and a reference to the consequences of the withdrawal.

• 3.4

  Meeting the deadline

• 3.4.1

  The withdrawal is deemed timely if the declaration is sent before the withdrawal period expires (dispatch rule pursuant to Section 11 para. 1 FAGG). The date of dispatch results from the acknowledgement of receipt.

• 3.5

  Deficiencies in exercising the right of withdrawal via the withdrawal button

• 3.5.1

  Should the withdrawal button on our website not be available for technical reasons, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal by other means (e.g. by e-mail, by post or using the model withdrawal form). A deficiency of the technical facility has no influence on the effectiveness of your withdrawal.

5PART 5 – General information on the right of withdrawal

• 5.1

  Form of the withdrawal declaration

• 5.1.1

  The withdrawal must be made in the form of an unequivocal declaration (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail or via the withdrawal button on the website). It is not sufficient to return the goods to us without a prior declaration.

• 5.2

  Meeting the deadline

• 5.2.1

  To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the withdrawal period expires. The decisive factor is the time of dispatch (postmark or time of receipt for e-mail or the withdrawal button), not the receipt by us.

• 5.3

  Bearing of the return costs

• 5.3.1

  Bearer of the costs of the return shipment: Us.

• 5.3.2

  For contracts concluded away from business premises and distance contracts on services, we will refund you the direct costs of the return shipment. This does not apply if you have expressly agreed to a delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

• 5.4

  Pro-rata payment if performance begins during the withdrawal period

• 5.4.1

  If you withdraw from the contract while the withdrawal period is still running, but we have already begun to provide the service (with your express consent or at your express request), you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time of the withdrawal in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. This amount is to be calculated at the time the contract is concluded on the basis of the total price of the contract, taking into account the proportion of the service provided up to the withdrawal.

• 5.5

  Acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (Section 13a para. 3 FAGG)

• 5.5.1

  After receipt of your withdrawal via the withdrawal button, you will immediately receive a confirmation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).

• 5.6

  Refund period

• 5.6.1

  In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.
